The room had a TV, microwave, and refrigerator, along with a great bed. Reasonably spacious bathroom with good sewerage. Excellent personnel. Absolutely perfect location close to downtown. Excellent service and value for the money.

I had a great stay during my business trip, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed like a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.

The deluxe room came with a microwave, fridge, and the requested beds. The location is great, being close to a Charleston's restaurant and a mall. The room was equipped with a microwave and coffee/tea making facilities, as well as a refrigerator.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with perfect service. The location is great and absolutely perfect, 2 miles from X Site.

The hotel is conveniently located near center city with a decent selection of restaurants in the area. The room is clean and comfortable, with a good shower pressure in the bathroom. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers a standard Hampton fare. The facility includes a fitness center and I was able to check in online with a digital key.

The noise from the nearby interstate can be quite bothersome at times.

Great quiet hotel, perfect for a weekend stay.

The front of the hotel faces away from the road, kind of confusing to get there at first.

The hotel is a good option for exploring Indianapolis attractions. The staff, especially the clerk, is exceptional. The king suite comes equipped with convenient amenities such as a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge.

King size room with small sofa - for the two of us, we liked the extra space. Breakfast was good and our room was clean.

There were 8 of us in line and a sign at the front desk that "they" would be back shortly - helping another customer (somewhere?). We waited almost 20 minutes before someone showed up - we tried to call while in the front lobby - no answer... short staffed and frustrating that you could not check-in after a long drive

The staff, especially Kari, was very personable and helpful. She helped us to find the hotel when we got lost and stayed on the phone with me until I was on the right track. The hotel was very nice,clean and well kept. The room was very nice, clean and fresh upon arrival. The bed was so very comfortable, and the shower was perfect, we enjoyed the room very much!!

We got lost on the way, the GPS directions were wrong, didn't get to the hotel until 3am. As a result, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool area or the free breakfast as we really needed some rest from the long road trip. Would have like to have been given an extended check-out time. Someone was knocking on the door for us to check-out at 20 minutes til 12 noon. Have never stayed at a location where someone was knocking at the door before check out, felt like I was being rushed out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, as it was close to downtown and had a decent selection of restaurants in the area. The breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of options. we were very satisfied with our experience.

A deluxe room with fridge and microwave, had basic facilities we needed. The location was exceptionally nice and magnificent, short walk to the many restaurants in the Castleton Mall area which offer a wide variety including steak houses, ethnic foods, diners, and fast food and the I69/465 interchange.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The room was very nice, air conditioner worked wonderfully, comfortable, quiet. Very satisfied with every part of the stay.

First, the location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. We were just minutes away from restaurants, entertainment, and a gas station, which made it very convenient. Additionally, the staff members at this hotel were incredibly polite and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to carry on a conversation with us. It was definitely a refreshing change from other hotels.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we enjoyed our time here.

We stay at Hampton Inn, because after a long day of traveling I want to relax in the hot tub. This location did not have one.
